What is this nonsense? Rangers say no. It’s so one sided in favor of the habs it’s not even funny.

Evans > Lundkvist
Pitlick > Blais
Kravtsov ~= 2nd RD pick

What could make sense is :
Evans + Bowey + VGK 4th vs Nils Lundkvist + Gauthier

It’s horrendous bro.

Evans is a fourth line center d Lundkvist is a guy who could be a top four d man. Stop pretending that he is worth that much. Pitlick literally wasn’t qualified.

The only thing ur probably right about is Kravtsov. What a joke! Naming ur self the realistic guy doesn’t mean ur not biased bro lmao

Bias ? Look at Pitlick season, the reason they didn’t qualified him is because the arbitration would have give him too much money and Habs would had no choice than accept what the ref says. Evans is a 3C/4C good defensively and can chip some offense. Lundkvist MIGHT be a top 4 dman but he is not. Evans is a proven excellent bottom six C making 1.7M only

Evans isn’t an excellent bottom six center lmao. He’s an above average fourth line center

Yeah people of other teams were saying the same about Lehkonen. Watch some games before commenting on players you never watched
If you don’t care watching the Habs, then don’t comment on there players. And I’m not bias, Gallagher Drouin Dadanov Hoffman Armia Byron are all cap dumps but I will defend players like Lehkonen & Evans. They give their all while being good defensively. Yeah, they aren’t big players, but they are more valuable than what the statistics says

I’ve legit watched Evan’s a lot and I like him as a bottom six guy.

I always liked Lehkonen because he was clutch, but I was surprised at first by what Montreal got for him. But he’s way better than Evans imo.

ESPN plus let’s me watch all the teams lol — and Im pretty sure I saw Montreal beat the isles this year because they hadn’t won a back to back game before that night either lol

Habs don't need them to. we wouldn't consider him a dump since he expires this year and we don't need the space.

Barron and Lundkvist as similar value, and MTL got a him and a 2nd
But Evans contract is more valuable than Lehkonen RFA rights and Evans plays Center (and yes Lehkonen is better than Evans). But Lundkvist isn’t a sure thing, if NYR get a solid bottom six C, young, making 1.7M for a guy they don’t even have room for, that’s a good trade to me. I don’t know what you expect Lundkvist to bring back more valuable than a proven guy. The big issue that could drop Evans value is him being concussed a lot. 1 or 2 more concussions and his NHL career could be over. Anyway, I don’t expect that trade to go down

Yes, but in this deal, he's a part of it. That would make it worse for the Rangers is what I'm saying.

But is he completely done for the year or could he come back? I have been looking for an injury news on him and CF doesn't have him on LTIR.
