The trade is in summer of 2023...so no way of knowing what the pick will be as season will not have' started yet.

Imagine Blackwood has healthy, solid season. 45-50 starts, around .905 to .910 sv %. Basically his career average.
(If he had an amazing season, we'd probably just keep him)

If Blackwood has a really great season and the Jets are prepared to move on without Helly, that might get the Jets talking. If Blackwood continues on his present path then it is a no from Winnipeg.
