Idk if they decline. The teams window to win is the next 3-4 years with this core. By the end of that time a lot of the “bad” contracts will have expired and we can add some new faces to go along with the guys you mentioned. I want a legit top-6 add more than I want air. Miller fits our style of play. I’d do this **** it

I’m not saying Dufour or that first will be as good as Miller. I’m saying NY needs to get younger to win a cup. Old teams usually can’t win ****.

I’d rather keep Raty, Dufour and Holmstrom for now. It’s a sad group of prospects but it’s all the young talent NY has lol

They weren’t close to signing kadri because Lou wouldn’t pay a 1st to dump Bailey. If he believed Kadri was the missing piece to this “win-now” team he would have done it

I don’t think we decline this. Bolduc will prob never crack an NHL roster and Dufour and a 1st for Miller isn’t awful. I don’t think I’d agree with the move because of Miller’s age and contract status, but I also don’t think that Lou would decline this.

I’ve seen so many rumors over the past four years about what the isles might do and what constitutes a Lou trace that I’ve grown numb to it. People talk out of their asses all the time about the isles. The truth is Lou doesn’t want to make any moves lol. He’s old af and hates change lol.
