Very easily they would. Bellows, Panik, 1st, and 2nd for Miller? Easy yes.

Yes.

Most likely though it is a TDL trade. With the Dobson, Romanov and Bellows contracts the Isles most likely only have about $1.5M in cap space max. Moving cap right now is too expensive, apparently Lou would not attach a 1st to Bailey to move him and sign Kadri. With their cap space accruing during the season there would be more space at the TDL for the Isles to make a move like this.
