MacKinnon will cost more than that for sure, over Panarin but under McDavid

Doubt Toews ever plays 3rd pairing
Doubt Annunen will be ready that fast

There are no credible reports on that. Just Dater, who is a total has been. It would be quite the 180 from when MacKinnon said "I'll take less again because I want to win with this group."

They're both Maritimers who are super humble with tons of Endorsement money most starts dont get

They seem to be way to positive and giving to concern themselves with such things.

Their support of Maritime hockey is unbelieable given that most leave and send money back when they feel guilty
There's maybe a half Dozen NHLer's today actively giving back each summer around here and Mckinnon/Crosby are the most famous for it.(Couturier the most private about it, wants not creidt or attention)

I think its more likely Mckinnon signs for something like 8.5-9m with a full NMC like Landeskog who was rumored to be looking for 9-10m according to many but signed for 7m with control.
Rantanen took more money with less control signing for 9.25m but only getting a M-NTC the final 2 years of his 6 year deal
I see Mckinnon at 8.75m with a full NMC i guessed 6.5m for Landeskog and was wrong by 500k so based on that he'll likely actually get 9.25m same as Ranatanen with Control for not asking to Matthews/Mcdavid money but something more Crosby or Overchkin like (you know Champions)
