Not a fan of the Connor trade as a Jets fan. Toews is obviously extremely good, but I wouldn't move Connor unless it was an extreme overpay.

Dallas isnt trading a piece of their top line. Especially to a division rival.

As an Avs fan, I like the Dallas and Detroit trades, but that's because they're really bad for the other teams. If Bjorkstrand only fetches what he got, Compher would get a third at absolute best (and that's likely optimistic). Pavelski won't be moved unless something goes horribly wrong in Dallas.

Connor would be great, but not at that price, and his contract probably doesn't fit past this year. Back to the drawing board, lol.
