For the second year in a row, I've made a full roster editing doc for the upcoming NHL game. As noted on the doc, the drafts are a work-in-progress, so please be patient as I continue to look into these prospects to make accurate ratings for them.

Also, unlike last year, I will be unable to make the roster edit myself in-game. I probably won't be buying the game until Christmas, if at all, so there's no point in waiting half of the game-cycle to get this custom roster in-game. I only made this doc because it was requested of me to do so. If you happen to make the roster on your own, let me know. It'd be cool to see

My one problem with the flyers is Sean Couturier being an 83.
He was injured last season but the 4 seasons before he was a Selke winner and finalist had 2 30 goal seasons and 70 point season and was on pace for 30 goals and 70 points another time.

Here are the changes I would make as a Devils fan
Switch Johnsson and Tatar. Tatar was better and more consistent than Johnsson last year
Haula I would lower to an 83 and Mercer upgrade to an 84 (he's about the same level as Sharangovich right now)
Hamilton I would still have as an 87-88. He was on a career high for points before he broke his jaw and toe which ruined his production/momentum.
Blackwood and Vanacek should have similar overalls and potential. Blackwood 83, Vanacek 84. A 6 overall difference is pretty wild. I would drop Bernier to a 77ish with his injury.
Holtz should be 77 medium elite imo. Just was a point per game in the AHL at the age of 19 and is on the verge of making it to the NHL

In terms of what. I’ll be updating it within coming weeks for free agent signings and such. Draft is still a work in progress. I won’t have the game for months, so no in game update from me.

Fully Updated as far as updates to rosters from Free Agencies/PTO Signings. Didn't change any overalls from original update except for 1 (pushed Jakub Lauko on BOS from 68 Sniper to 73 Two-Way)

Any update on your in-game roster? I’ll be picking up a Series S prior to buying the game and would love to see the roster you make. Let me know when it’s ready

I actually just got the game today and started editing. Must’ve been you earlier on the doc lol. I’m three teams in adding AHLers. Still on Xbox One, does cross-platform apply to roster downloads?

No sadly cross-play does not apply to rosters.

Dam. I might stop making the roster then. My girl got me an Xbox Series S for Christmas so it’ll be useless for me in a month.
