Looking at a 3 year plan with keeping Chytil and staying in-house.
In 24-25, both Trouba and Kreider's NTCs turn into M-NTCs, where they each submit a 15 team no trade list. Goodrow also has his consistent 15 team no trade list. As we can see, at this point a hard decision will need to be made and someone important will have to get dumped, as a 20 man roster cannot be iced. I kind of made this team with the point to show that keeping Chytil will not be feasible in the future. I'd rather have the other possible players than Chytil at this point, as he's going to be the only player to get some kind of a return. I'm sure some others would want to dump Goodrow at this point, but with 3 years left that probably won't happen, or at least be easy to do. I'm not gonna bother to figure out any trades, since it's impossible to know what will happen in 3 years. Just kind of showing that one will be needed at this year.
