Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Montreal : I'm a habs fan so of course my #1 city where I'd like to see him play is Montreal. Biaised top ranking.

Minnesota : I feel like Minny would be the perfect team to land him. They are probably one 1C from being really serious contenders. Also a Kaprizov-Bedard duo would be amazing.

Vancouver : having Bedard would let them being free trading one top forward to improve their defense and becoming contenders.

Calgary : they would benefit an instant low-cost Gaudreau replacement.

Seattle : Imagine that center depth Bedard, Beniers, Wright! They chose not to imitate Vegas and build their team on long term with drafts, I think its a right way.

Anaheim : The team rebuild is going the right way, they are having a great prospect pool even if they didn't been that much lucky with lottery. Bedard-Drysdale might be the next Mackinnon-Makar

Columbus : Gaudreau-Bedard-Laine would be such a line! Add Werenski and you have the devastating PP recipe. I think Columbus team deserve to win this lottery, they didn't been that lucky in the past years and also even if they did not have great teams, they never tanked, they always battled real hard and were great playoffs competitors. I raise my hat to them and wish good luck to jackets.

St-Louis : I'm not especially a Blues fan, but I'm a big big fan the way this team is built, well balanced, lot of depth. They likely wont be part of the lottery, but if they do, there is a dynasty potential out there!

Buffalo - Edmonton - New Jersey - Los Angeles : I feel those teams are in the bottom standings for soooo many years. They picked top10 for severak years and so build up such great prospects pool, I don't want them to tank/being lucky anymore.

Chicago : I'm not a fan of empty the team to get the better chances. Except for Kane/Jones they will litteraly suit up an AHL team. I wish them nothing else than an awful season and dropping 3rd at lottery.

Florida : Panthers won't be part of the lottery (but I wish they miss playoffs so habs have more chances). I feel with the team they have, the advantage of low taxes in their state, sun state, they are really well suited to cruise UFA players and don't need any luck elsewhere.

Rangers : I still haven't swallowed the fact that they won the Lafrenière lottery despite being in the playoffs and an already good team. They shouldn't take part in the lottery this year, but if they did, I'd be extremely upset if they won a lottery where they shouldn't be twice in 5 years

Tampa Bay : Same arguments as florida, they altready have sun state and low-taxes state to cruise UFA and build good teams. Also they are a dynasty team, they need to struggle with salary cap to remain competitive.

Pittsburgh - Washington : They already got generational talents in the last decades with Crosby and Ovechkin. I want to see other teams shine.

Vegas : I just hate the way this team is managed. Lack of class towards players and coaches, also I believed they shouldn't have destroy the chemistry they had on their first year to bring in that much superstars. I mean its OK to make moves to improve the team, but now they likely have to much superstars and I feel there is less chemistry. Also they buy high on those players and have no choice to sell low to make cape space, I just don't like Vegas. I don't want a low-cost top 6 players to help them.

Boston - Toronto - Ottawa : As a habs fan I just don't want to see Bedard being drafted by a rival team.
