Vladar was a rookie last year and was better than Allen, he is also making league minimum this season so he logically won't be moved at all. If you want Vladar wait a year and bid for him as an RFA. If you want Valimaki a prospect swap would probably get it done, Ylonen maybe?

Technically Yakupov is a 1st rd asset.. Maybe Canucks should sign him? Just because a player was drafted high doesn't mean he retains that pedigree if he hasn't shown any of that potential in the NHL
