I would rather have Chabot over Weegar and Rielly

Honestly I’m surprised one of Barzal or Pelech didn’t make it. Especially since both Nick Suzuki and Morgan Rielly did make the roster. Smh.

Even Tavares seems like a stretch to me. Leafs fans hate him after all lmao.

I'd say barzal takes JT's spot and maybe suzuki over stone's spot on the roster. Def chabot over reilly too.

I’d take Stone over Suzuki for next year. Also I’d take Pelech over Reilly.

Both Suzuki and Chabot would make the team in this scenario, they're just listed as scratches in this roster. But sure, both could obviously move up into the lineup.

Barzal has had kind of a few down years in a row, I'm not sure I could justify him bumping any of the players on the roster.

This roster looks good, there's 3 Leafs on the roster, and I'm surprised there's no one better than Suzuki as the 13th forward or better Canadian goalies.

Honestly, lots of options for the bottom forwards but I like Suzuki's versatility. Could go with other guys like Kyrou, Barzal, Reinhart, a vet like Duchene, O'Reilly, or Kadri, some physicality with Wilson, the list goes on.

Canadian goaltending has fallen off quite a lot recently! Price being seemingly done, Fleury falling off, and young guys like Hart (and even Blackwood) stagnating has really hurt the pool.

I agree with the Canadian goaltending, but I would've probably put Tavares, Wilson, Kadri, and Kyrou/Stone as the 10th-13th forwards. Team Canada would be stacked if the WCOH happened this year.
