This looks good but I would replace Graves with Severson because he can actually bring some O to the table. I'm not sure they trade Mercer, honestly. Might have to include someone else, like Bratt or Sharangovich.

And I'd imagine VAN would want a 1st rder in 23 or 24, when they're still going to be chasing the rest of the East.

Other than that though I would do this if I was VAN because yeah, Quinn is overrated, and with this return plus whatever they can get for Miller and/or Horvat, they could really improve this team quickly.
