Johansen has quietly had his stock increase each year since he was drafted. Mid year this past season, there were a few reports he could actually be the best defenseman in Detroit's system...and that was halfway into Seider showing his ability by that time. Johansen has a floor of top 4D, and a ceiling of 1D. What I have seen in limited videos, he seems very legit. Can he transition to NA ice? Probably, as it is usually easier for D to adapt than forwards.

This is such a weak offer. Not to mention Barzal isn't available.
