First off that doesn't come anywhere near a sign and trade Dylan Larkin.

There's no way in hell that Larkin signs for $7,000,000 x 8 doubt he takes anything less then 8 years $68 million or an AAV of $8,500,000 per.

Lastly Dylan Larkin isn't available and there's no freaking way he waives to Colorado when he's extremely close to his family there in Michigan.

And oh FYI if Dylan Larkin wanted 8 years $56 million i can guarantee you he'd already be resigned by now. And there's no freaking way he takes less in Colorado then in Detroit considering Colorado's State taxes are higher then Michigans.

I mean in fairness DET as a whole has almost double the unemployment rate of the nation, higher crime rate than the national average and as a whole isn’t super friendly urban living. And let’s face it Flint is nearby and it has Betsy DeVos. But DET isn’t all bad as housing is super affordable.

You guys talking about detroit are clueless. Detroit is an enormous city. Downtown Detroit is completely revamped. Every professional athlete that plays for Detroit teams lives in Bloomfield Hills or Birmingham and every sports team that visits detroit stays in those cities.

Why don’t you do yourselves a favor and look up Oakland County and see how that stacks up with the rest of America.
