I’m a penguins fan, but I live in Windsor and watched Vilardi play for the Spits. He seems to have fallen out of favour by management and their is no clear spot for him to play on this team. Kopitar-Danault-Byfield-Lizzote seems to be kinda locked in as your 4 Cs. This is kinda similar to POJs situation, where Pitt has a ton of dmen and it is hard to see how POJ fits into the plan. It has been out here that GMRH does not like him as much as GMJR.

I know some people will say “we don’t need POJ, edler or bjornfoot could play that role” but to that I say there isn’t room for Vilardi either. This makes sense as it is two teams swapping former first rounders who still have potential but haven’t quite lived up to expectations, both are going to a team where they have higher chances of cracking the lineup and getting away from management groups that seem to not like them that much.
