And price is suppose to start the season, maybe not, but because it's incertain, we can't put carey on LTIR

Nice try

On that 4th line we can
Remember MSL doesnt play the Grit or Big Hitters line
Staal,Perry&Armia line of 6'3-6'4 big bodies was Ducharme's style
MSL style was Pezetta rotated in and out for Dauphin who was less Grit more Checking

MSL is more likely to have his Defense loaded with Grit
Xhekaj i expect to become a favroite of MSL with his big slapshot and Shea Weber style hockey overall.

Yes you can , its his Scenario
That's the whole point of this site
All he has to do is Clarify it and your point dissappear's

That said yes Price will start the season
Stephane Waite was talking about what great shape he's in
He never builds up Price like this usually its more "he's prepared, he's ready or he's focused"
This time around there's no room left open for interpretation

If he cant play he's likely to Retire as like he said at the end of the year interviews
"if i cant play at the level i know i expect, i'll be done "

Play, Dont Play either way he gets like 80% of his contract or close to it either way in Signing Bonus's.
All he has to do is take a yearly medical and the only way it could not get paid is if MTL tried to force him to play if a Doctor Ok's it and he says no
(Even then it can be challenged by 2nd and 3rd opinions and likely overturned.)

I'm just glad we'll have clarity in 6 weeks or so if he can play or not
Hughes can easily move on from Price with that Cap
Price can easily move on from Hughes with that money
The door never completely closes incase Price wants to return for a run later as back up or back up's back up.
Everyone's happy

The Stars and Bishop went thru this for like 2 seasons until finally Bishop had too retire around Xmas time from a degenerative knee injury. I hope Price can come back but it seems he like he’s on track til he starts skating then his knee breaks down. Frustrating for everyone involved

Ok… i understand your point that : Yes you can , its his Scenario

So explain to me how you can put an player that will start the season on ltir… this is non sense but your right. Because it’s a scenario i can trade wideman for mcdavid but it’s not realistic like place pricey on ltir while he is suppose to play. 🤦🏻‍♂️

And likely to retired 🤣🤣 you think he is going to say no to the rest of the money that he have left on his contract??
Who says no to 31 250 000$ ??!

You've never actually seen his Contract have you?
Signing Bonus's are paid one way or another
He could die and his family would still get that
Its 100% guaranteed and ideal for players thinking a Lockout is coming

He'll get 2/3rds of the remaining salary on LTIR via Insurance . . . . .
He'll also get to continue his Sponsorship deals prolonging his time as The Great Carey Price
Given his desire to stay in MTL area for his Wife's Business and his kids only ever knowing it as home (Van for Vacation)
There's more motivation for Price to want to remain the Hero not the Villain

Everything he's said and done to this point while dealing with reporters treating him like you just did there.
I just dont buy all that changes now because some guy on Capfriendly ignored Price's Actions to date to show Greed motivates him above all else lol

He can trade Wideman for Mcdavid
He'll get post lynched by an angry mob
But yes its the point of this forum

To take people like you with closed minds and people like him with broad views
Then drag you both towards the middle as most Forum's do in Society's .

I'm not saying its a good idea
I'm just saying speaking in absolute's is the only reason you appear to be wrong
You're making the wrong points and asking the wrong questions
Last year did Price start on LTIR? well there's your Context and how to reel the Fringe back to the middle

People look at this site as their fantasy vs reality.
I look at this as Reality just with Trades within the peramteters of NHL Trade History.
If i suggest a trade there's likely 2-3 i got in mind that are similar in context

Thats how you win on this site
By sharing Logic and listening when yours is overtaken.
I didnt know about Price's Contract Structure until LittleJerrySeinfeld was a dick about it to me lol

you just cap on me right now lol, you have a great writing, but to say people are close minds is proving that you are no better then anybody on this forum... so i hope you have a good day, because i am not here to downgrade people like you just did.

And btw, you must be in his close relationship to assume what he will do you are just like those reporters treating him like you just did there.
