Just having fun assembling the best bunch of Slovakian players to ever play for a single team (Olympics/worlds included)

I am trying to create trades of equivalent value but to be honest it's not about that and I apologize in advance if my trades are not fair in your eyes.

Only problem with that is it assumes Armia has the same value as Ruzicka, which due to his cap hit and term he most certainly does not

Yes I got that. But it is like I am trading Zibanejad for Matthews because I am trying to add more us players. It will create some backlash.

He works hard all the time, relentless forechecker. A bit of a pest to play against. Always smiling, great attitude etc. Strong 200 foot game.

Heineman is supposed to be fairly attractive as well. A few teams have acquired him because he's supposed to be able to score and has some wheels. Drafted in the 2nd as well. I thought the value was fair, but I am not an expert on amateur players.

The point is... The Slovakian program is developing some real talent these days. It's exciting to witness.

well, I guess none of us is really experts, but NYR has young forwards with scoring upside - but seriously lacking players of Sykora mold. Besides I strongly feel that Sykora has a stronger NHL projectability because he isn't being seen as point producer. Unlike Heineman if he doesn't score goals at the NHL level his effectiveness is greatly reduced.

I guess the bottom line for me I'll rather have one prospect like Sykora over two prospects like Heineman.
