Doubt it will cost much at all to move foegele. He's a decent bottom six forward who gets paid as a decent bottom six forward has a deep playoff run on his resume. Just don't think Holland could explore moving him until after Jesse and Yamo were settled.
I like the Gagner addition just because of work ethic and know he will give everything every shift for this city and would really like to see him retire an oiler hopefully with a cup. Also like could move him to the wing which might make sprong not needed as I think Malone will get a long good look as 4c.

Agree with all of this. I definitely over paid to move Foegele, i just didnt want to click back here later and see all the "its gonna cost more to trade Foegele" comments. I honestly think the whole signing of Janmark was a total waste and had they not made that signing Foegele could have just stayed. They could have just burried Ryan in the minors, brought up malone for 4C like you said, and sign a cheap right shot guy like Gagner or Sprong. Might have meant they started the season with 22 roster players instead of 23, but wouldnt have been the end of the world.
