I could see the Flames adding another pick, but if you consider it as more of a reclamation project, if he gets his legs back even a little you could half retain and sell him at the deadline for more assets. On top of that you get an LD that I think is a big hole in the lineup and a solid prospect in Kerins.

Honestly, as a Flyers fan, I would 100% take that. i think Monahan being healthy would be a huge boost to our 3C situation, possibly 2C allowing Hayes to be an elite 3C. Additionally, I am huge on Kylington, I think he has the potential to be a very good top 4 dman in this league. Adding another asset in a loaded 2023 draft doesn't hurt either.

Fair enough points but I don’t think LD is a weak spot in the Flyers lineup. Provorov Sanheim and York is a pretty decent left side to me and I’m not sure if the Flyers would want to send down York

I think slightly and if they move him I could see them consider Kylington but with Torterella being named coach I don’t see them moving him
