What's the benefit to Anaheim of taking a two-year cap hit of $5.625 million off your hands? It certainly isn't added on-ice performance, because Muzzin isn't getting us to the playoffs. Edmonton could lend us Connor <><>ing McDavid for the season and we wouldn't make the playoffs.

Everything beyond the Vancouver trade is nonsensical for a number of reasons (ie trading Muzzin/Holl and not bringing in suitable replacements, trading Sandin?!?!?!, random CBJ trade). Vancouver trade isn't great but it's probably the most fair out of these, but not something I'd like the Leafs to do.
