Description

Dvorak isn't worth as much as Dumba straight up. But, it gives us something for Dumba. Gives us more depth at C. Dvorak's term on his contract goes through the heavy buy-out years. We even gain a little more cap flexiblity by doing this. So, do you make a trade like this? I say it's worth considering. We have 3M in extra cap to make another transaction if deemed necessary.

MTL already need to clear 2M+ cap space to sign Dach. Can't add cap unless we unload a winger somewhere else, or Price goes on LTIR for the whole season.

It would be good but the cap
is the real issue for both teams here, could a 1st or 2nd get a tiny bit of retention maybe 25-50% on Matt

Why dude? You are forgetting Rossi exist right? Guerin value dumba than some of you on here. Kerfoot would be a 4th liner on Minnesota and no, it doesn't

I thought Guerin was only into trading Fiala because he loved Dumba and wanted to keep him....

That was at least the state of things a few weeks ago, what has changed?

No. Minnesota doesn't need a player whose not a c and will not retain on any trade. Rossi takes up 2c, Joel Eriksson Ek, 3c. Hartman, 1c. Kerfoot isn't a need. Some on here just want to get rid of dumba compared to our gm

No. Some on here would always want to get rid of dumba for nothing even though right now, Minnesota has no place in our forward spots with Rossi and Beckman needing a spot.
