Maybe? IDK. I've seen figures like $5.1M x 5yr. Most of the fanbase wants to trade him at the TDL but I really like him and would prefer to keep him instead on a team friendly deal (which by all accounts seems totally possible as Dumba loves the organization and the organization loves him back).

With that much retention, wheeler isn’t a cap dump.

Also, Chevy has been unwilling to retain on wheeler
