Even if Robertson somehow matched Backlund's point total (which is a fairly hot take considering Robertson isn't exactly a blue chipper), that doesn't even begin to cover the rest of what Backlund does for Calgary. You may think Backlund is not a cornerstone, but there's no denying he's an important win now piece. Steeves and Robertson are not win now pieces.
