The gap between Bratt and Tkachuk isn't as big as most people think it is . Not saying there isn't one, because there is, but it may not be a 4M gap + other assets in the minds of the Devils front office.

Bratt is a 23 year old ppg player, Reilly Walsh is a top 5 prospect offensive dman (RHD) who lit up the AHL last season, add the second I don't think the value is far off at all.

Bratt is the same age as Tkachuk and you are overvaluing Walsh (who is only 1 year younger than Bratt and Tkachuk).
