Carpenter was brought in for his face off abilities - should be 4C, not to sittng in the stands. Move Blais to replace Reaves, Goodrow up to 3L. Unload Reaves to a willing buyer for a pick or considerations and save 1M

I think this is pretty accurate to what it might be, I think they already have deals in place for Motte and Kakko and they are just waiting. That's why Motte hasn't signed anywhere yet cuz he's coming back
