Even with the percent rage. We still have core pieces to contend. We won’t fall off that hard but we won’t make the playoffs. And remember last year. Mantha backstrom and Oshie where hurt at one time. They kids played pretty well and we had shi* goaltending too.

I'm not sure we make the playoffs with Backstrom missing 82 games and Wilson missing half the season. Yikes.

Every year we fk up and sign a vet for a role our prospects could fill..what if we play Lappy and CMM and they kill it, Look at Tampa gave Point and Cirelli a chance and its greatly benefited them

Im truly fine with doing that but they need help and to be sheltered, snively or another young winger is not the answer.

no .. why not just punt on this season and go for it next year? after sucking the last 4 years we need to see what we have... be more optimistic in our prospects

That third line would not be good, I would like to move on from Eller entirely and he was very bad as a winger last year

as opposed to use getting a year older and signing aging vets to multi year contracts WHO are also getting older? CMM + Lappy will only benefit from some NHL ice time .... no this bull**** 5min a game but real actually NHL ice time

we'll see what happens you can also just let Lappy play wing and get use to the ice time / speed
