I really like Thomas, so this I think will be a good deal. He is the future in StL.

This is an insanely risky deal given how inconsistent Thomas was prior to this season. Still, he is a great pure playmaker, and this contract will pay off if this year becomes the norm. Time will tell; he could prove me wrong (which isn't that hard to do).

he's good but EIGHT X EIGHT

suprised they didnt go for a bridge deal for 2 years...this seems a little high for 1 great year, if he maintains that fine- but they lost 2 years of a cheaper contract.

For me its not about how good or bad this contract. It s about how much will get kyrou after this.

Can't vote yes or no as this could go both ways. He either continues to grow like he did this season or he goes the way of Christian Dvorak who is good but not worth his contract.

He had a good sophomore season then got derailed by injury after. Last year he got a chance at 2c and showed what he can do.

It is a lot of money for a lot of years for someone who has had one season to earn it. I like Thomas so I think it will work out but there is a lot of risk.
