Personally don't think that's a realistic trade proposal for Chychrun. Sounds like Coyotes will only deal him for a solid return and are content to hang onto him if they don't get the right offer. According to Jeff Marek the ask is (or was) a young roster player, a high-end prospect, and a 1st round pick. You've included the 1st rounder and Bourgault is undoubtedly a high-end prospect, but the rest of the offer doesn't make sense. With 2 years left at $2.75M, Warren Foegele has negative value in any trade. Given the price we just had to pay to the Coyotes to shed 2 years of Kassian at $3.25M, we can easily say that the 2nd and 3rd round picks would be the price to include Foegele and that the value of those 3 assets combined would be a wash. That leaves Bourgault, Samorukov, and the 1st for Chychrun with $2M retained. Samorukov may turn into an NHL player, but his value in a trade is extremely minimal. Had a mediocre season in the AHL this year, his one and only NHL game was an absolutely abysmal showing, played only 2:28 before getting benched and sent down the next day. The fact that he now has to clear waivers to be sent to the AHL combined with the uncertainty regarding his potential military service situation in Russia tanks any value he would have in a trade. So all in all, this offer doesn't really even come close to meeting the alleged asking price, and you are also asking Arizona to retain $2M for the next 3 years which would most certainly increase the price even further. If you removed the retained salary on Chychrun, Samorukov, and the 2nd and 3rd round picks, then swapped Puljujarvi or Yamomoto for Foegele, then it would be a realistic offer. Whether it would ever make sense to make a deal like this is another question.

Then the 2024 4th round pick (EDM) and 2025 7th round pick (EDM) would be insufficient to take Foegele.
He would spend most of the year in the press box as Buffalo has 11 forwards who had better seasons than he and Buffalo's offensive production is significantly inferior to Edmonton's.
