Farabee by far IMO. Konecny is really good but he's a player that really gonna succeed next to a great center. Farabee is pretty solid all-around he has good Puck skills great at picking off passes and a good shot and not bad speed. Farabee and York have the most upside of any of our young players Currently Up Right now.

I agree I didn't really factor in his contract as much. But I think that is close to what he gets unfortunately

Farabee, younger, locked in cheaper, guy has potential to be 30/30 or even 40/40 with the right line mates

Konecny is a very solid all around player, his only weakness is really finding the back of the net but is a good playmaker whose numbers suffered for a season+ due to AV as coach not fitting his style (every flyers actually suffered from AV, JVR for example had 2 goals under AV in about 20 games, without him put up 22 in the last 58) TK was under .500 PPG at the start of the year with Av, went to .75 PPg without him.

So really both are good but Farabee has more value due to age and contact

Yeah, there’s no insider word on this but I’m pretty sure his career is over. We already replaced him so unless it’s more of a not wanting to be a Flyer thing the guy is done.
