Description

Giroux plays right side, can actually win faceoffs. Could allow RNH to play wing again and also give Drai someone else to take some draws and actually have a chance to win.

1 or 2 RW now and maybe 3c too....seems like will cost way too much but out there on twitter from a couple reputable sources he would consider EDM

not debating EDM isnt a top destination....but Lebrun and Friedman have put it out there today that he could be an option in EDM and having a deal for 3 years brings AAV down significantly

Then the Oil need to find someone else.....look up goalie contracts around the league....anyone making 5.5 or more are mostly studs....trend in goaltending will be $5M upper level on one now that most teams are tandems not starter playing 65+ games

Tristan Jarry is a good comparable for Campbell

He (Friedman) said on EDM radio today that the oilers are discussing it and Giroux could be open to it....Lebrun reported same thing today.....in the end I think its more likley he ends up there, but they say he wants to win and Oil making final 4 has moved them up his list
