Whether people respect his performance or not, Ceci is Edmonton's top shut-down RD and at this stage in their respective careers he's a much better fit for the Oilers than Jokiharju would be. Mittelstadt would have to play on the wing in Edmonton and simply isn't equipped to provide what Puljujarvi can. Petrov is not a critical asset right now and may be tradable; in the context of this proposal, I don't think there is enough incentive to move him.
