I don't think the Ducks take that trade. Stolarz is an amazing goalie on that contract, and we have Dostal in the pipeline who is around Wolls age and put up better numbers in the AHL over the last few seasons, so there is no value add there. Nick is an interesting piece, would like to see more of him at an AHL level. Sweetener pick is going to need to be a lot higher than 6th round.

Very accurate comment. To bring you up to date, Stolarz to Toronto is a frequent idea among Maple Leaf fans. Their offers are almost always of this inadequate value.

Worse than the usual subpar offers for Anthony Stolarz. Among other things, we might want to re-sign him after this season, which would be effectively impossible if we trade him.

Joey Anderson adds no value to the OTT trade. If this is the best offer I'd hang onto Brown until the deadline.

EDIT: Actually, cap-wise this is tough. But if they can make other moves I like it a lot.

Not adding a 3rd and a 5th to Brown just to move up 40ish places to a late Leafs 1st.
