As a Caps and Devils fans I agree they are cause f*ck the rangers. But they did screw up the Kakko pick and probably the Laf pick. However, it is ridiculous that they got the #1OA pick in 2020 because the way they did that draft lottery was insanely unfair

No team in the league would have passed on Lafrenière at #1 and Kakko at #2. Add in guys like Anderson/Kravtsov and it's pretty clear that the issue isn't the picks.

Funny, those 2 lotto wins were actually curses. We needed Cs but had to take 2 Ws, yes they were unanimous! Count your blessings. Kravtsov was a sad homerun effort by Gorton. Although, they all have good promise, just not sure how high. Lucky we made up for it by moving up to steal KAM & BS along with other very promising NA G, Fs & Ds
