Might be one of the first times seen an offer to Edmonton for McLeod. Targeting a very good underrated thus far player. Honestly if the coaching change didn't happen and work out as well as it did I could see how McLeod might have been involved in a regrettable type of trade. However woodcroft made the most of his opportunity and McLeod was a piece he turned to regularly so I don't see him being moved anytime soon.

Edmonton trade works. Seattle trade is just weird and pretty off value wise. Rangers decline that.

Seattle will pass on that deal. Not much there that Kraken find appealing, and we like Geekie. If dumping Nemeth is the primary objective, there is a simpler deal to be made, but LD is not an area Seattle needs to add so there must be incentive.

not saying I would do that...but if NYR are looking for McLeod- a guy who EDM is not looking to move because he fits in nicely (and cheap) at 3C and does a lot of things for them- then you're going to have to pony up. Beyond that, I'll let EDM fans speak for their player.

teams don't trade top pairing dmen for a 3C, i'm sure a deal could be brokered without even speaking Miller's name in a trade for McLeod.
