I'll say again. Just because a player comes off his ELC does not make him offer sheet eligible. One of the restrictions is the player has to have played 80 NHL games in the past two seasons. Sandin has not.

I really hoped that after Liljegren signed for $1.4, that people would stop offersheeting @ outrageous values.

TOR can't match. Neither team is happy with this outcome.

Kind of a ridiculous offer for Sandin, I dont think, at this point, hes worth much more than 2.5mil TOPS. And chances are TOR shouldn't have any problems re-sign him at about 1.5mil-1.9mil.

If Sandin gets 4.2mil, then Dobson should get 7mil...and wheres the money in 23-24? You have no real monies expiring with a few key RFAs looking for "Sandin money". Goodbye Barzal
