Nah we’ll just keep Perron and by the time he retires blues will have Bolduc and neighbors ready

Perron was offered a contract by the blues and it was a lot lower then he expected

Many insiders like Seravalli are reporting that Anderson has a lot of value and Beauvilier is being shopped to move cap space. Your GM traded Toews for 2 2nds in a cap crunch. If you thik Beau is going for much then you dont know.
I agree Islanders dont need Anderson when they are clearing cap but many teams are calling.

Beauviller is not being shopped for cap space Bailey is so that’s how much you know and I’ve seen they’re trying to shop Anderson on Twitter and teams are interested but I can’t see him going to the islanders just makes no sense for them since they’re trying to lose cap, our GM traded Toews for two 2nds when they were trying to sign Barzal and not to mention Toews wouldn’t be that good on the islanders I just can’t see Anderson on the islanders for that price which is absolutely ridiculous value wise but there’s a good chance the Canadiens can get a low 1st and 3rd liner for him which honestly is too much

He's not overrated. He's underrated by random internet posters here that are calling him overpaid 3rd liner when Lebrun has an article on the Anderson interest and Seravalli, both NOT random ppl but with connections are quoted as saying a few times the Habs have already received high offers but they want more.

I dont think he'll be traded because hes too unique a player for the Habs and they cant just strip it all down, Depends if they can move Petry and Armia's contracts for value. If not they may be forced to deal Anderson. They have a cap crunch coming in 2023 and Hughes is not Lou in that he actually plans out the long game.

Josh has more value than Petry atm which I think is crazy but that's the reality as GMs love Josh's game that they will outbid each other

But is he is overrated he’s average offensively and defensively so he’s pretty much replacement level sure he’s “physical and big” that’s the only reason he has some value he’s overpaid by about 2 million and he’s signed for about 2 too many years

You really need awake up

28 yr old Anderson - Career stats
Career
GP G A PTS +/-
388 101 70 171 -8

25 yr old Beauvillier
Career
GP G A PTS +/-
408 93 96 189 -2

So Beauvillier is 3 years younger, more points than Anderson and a better contract.

Thanks but no thanks. You can keep Anderson.

Your right, and let's not even talk how well Beau has played in the playoffs with some big goals for us.

He is a 40-50 point player if he can stay healthy, completely over rated. Just because he has more value than Petry doesn't mean crap.

It means everything and you missed my point. Perception is real and the insiders report it. Everyone here has a bias so it's best to rely on what ppl are saying on the inside of the hockey world. You can make whatever narrative you wish it doesnt change ppl's minds to the reality.
Its the same thing every time.
Funny enough, Seravalli also reported that Lehkonen was going for a 1st and/or prospect when ppl here thought he was worth no more than a 2nd. Who was right there? Then there's Kulak and Chiarot prices he called to a T yet buffoons here think they know better. Seravalli also called Price waiving his no move to got to Seattle but i guess the trolls here babysat Price dogs and knew that as well. Absolute trolls to think they know more than connected ppl but i think a lot of these responses are from children or at least i hope from the quality of their writting.

Yea but no doubt they give him a higher one fs, I think they thought hed take a big paycut not that he wasnt valued at that price if that makes sense.
