Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

This is based on the Rangers offseason of 2019 which was instrumental in accelerating their rebuild. That year they signed a top free agent forward (Panarin/Forsberg), traded for a young, established defenseman (Trouba/Sergachev), and also traded for an NHL-ready defenseman fresh off a proficient collegiate career (Fox/Attard).

I just used this as a template and am not comparing the quality of those players to each other directly.

Eh not sure Flyers do that I don’t think they have any reason to move Attard. You are forgetting that Fox said he would only play for the Rangers, Attard has never said anything like that

True. It just seems like Philly has no intention of rebuilding and could use the $7 million in cap space from JVR's contract in free agency (or trades). With Ellis and Risto, it doesn't look like Attard will see top 4 minutes for a few years, in Anaheim he would get 20 mins a night next to Fowler.

Ngl this would be a fun team to watch. Feel like Forsberg gets paid a little more but that’s obviously not a problem for the Ducks
