he deserves an actual look, if not trade him to someone that could use him. He still has a ceiling of a 2nd or 3rd liner. He was a major part of his team in the KHL last year when they won the championship. He looks far better than everyone on the ice in Springfield right now. He just needs confidence

He’s not putting up many points in Springfield and he got opportunity with big club for an extended time last season and never did much. Toro seized his opportunity and was immediately noticeable. I’m not saying Kostin can’t be good someday but he’s never done much to impress
