Explain why Wings trade a player who is in the top 6 of Wings roster, fits into the rebuild and is a mix of grit and scoring for a player who has not shown much and a future 1at? This does nothi g for Wings but kick the rebuild I'll ld down the road a few more years and help Boston right now, which is a division rival.

I was skeptical when I saw all the trade partners at first - I think they're actually fairly thought-out, but I agree with the others that you are going to have to overpay to get Bertuzzi. Detroit just doesn't need to trade him - better off keeping him unless someone is willing to overpay.
