I understand Niemala is one of your better prospects though doubt CHI feel this is enough value for both Mrazek and Holl. Mrazek is a dump worth a 2nd + prospect and Holl doesn't hold any value to CHI so its just more cap to take on with limited value on the open market at TDL (which is also an effort to find a buyer)
