Bratt in 307 games has 70 G 203 pts
Boeser in 324 games has 121 G 256 pts.
In what world is Bratt better.
Horvat is one of the best two way centers in the league and you are saying that the second over all in a so so draft is better?
Hoglander is a skilled second round pick that will produce .
Rathbone is a skilled PMD that just needs to work on his D much like Mukhamudullin.
Check recent numbers comparing Bratt and Boeser. Bratt is coming off a far better year and while he isn’t the scorer Boeser is, he is a god skater, amazing in transition and offence generation. Top tier play driver and play maker, whereas Boeser is more of a finishing touch compared to him. Bratt also posts better defensive numbers too. I would easily take Bratt over Boeser (neither of these teams are my favourite).
Horvat is good but he is not a superstar, or even close. He’s a very good 2C but not a true star centerman, which is what you would end up with in selecting Logan Cooley.
Hoglander is great but his potential is lower than that of Holtz. I love Hoglander’s play style but on the market rn Holtz is definitely worth more.
Rathbone is not worth an early 2nd. Late 2nd, probably, but he’s also up there in age so it’s hard to project what he will be fully. Great player but this is 37th overall I believe; I don’t see a GM paying that for a gamble on Rathbone

No they’re not. Horvat is worth more than everything but the 2nd overall pick. Bratt had a good year but he’s really not much better than Boeser and rathbone is more valuable than the 2nd rounder. I agree the devils say no but it’s closer than you make it out to be
(Quoting you as well so I don’t have to reply to the same thing twice)
