I mean, it probably costs Abruzzese just to dump Mrazek, so I'm not sure why Buffalo is tossing you a 2nd here. Without compensation, Buffalo just hits the UFA market IMO.

Mrazek is not capable of that as we have seen the past few years

The only thing Mrázek is capable of right now is getting lit up like a Christmas while being overpaid to do it. Not only is Buffalo not interested in your AHL caliber $3 million goaltender, they’re not giving you a second round pick to get him. Since Toronto isn’t going to pay the price to get rid of Mrázek just get comfortable with the idea of buying him out.

I don't know if the blues would choose either Husso or Binnington but I don't think the Maple leafs will offer a first plus for him.

There are better goalies options than 6m Binnington and not having to give up assets to get him.
Buffalo declines easily. Absolutely nothing in it for Sabres Too think Mrzarek is minute eating goalie....fantasy. Clifford and Turris make the team worse,

Binnington. Husso showed in the playoffs that his lack of puck moving ability doesn't help the Blues against teams with fast forwards who aggressively forecheck. Since the Blues are a slow team they need all the help in making quick transitions.
