ARZ doesn't consider that.

All those UFA signings are wild. Some underpayments (ie Marchment), some bad term to older players (ie Perron), and a bunch of guys NSH doesn't need. It'd be much smarter to re-sign Trenin than spend up to the cap on unnecessary players like Comrie, Staal, Jarnkrok, Galchenyuk.
