I think Kerfoot can fetch a 2nd or a 2nd+3rd while Holl can perhaps fetch a 3rd but can see him getting packaged in there for a 4th especially since he would be replaced. I doubt Muzzin would want to go to Phi though and he has a NTC. Also, Toronto wouldn't be able to afford retaining on Holl and shouldn't need to ifnthey wanted to move him.

I'd imagine Ellis' value would carry here because of term. Everyone the Flyers are getting is short on it while Ellis has a lot of it left. He's not old enough yet that its bad term and his contract is rather friendly.

Muzzin's contract is up when Matthews and nylander need raises. Gm for that reason alone leafs decline.
