Can’t speak for Devils fans, but I think you need to sweeten it a little more. Either sign and trade Bert and/or swap out Johansson w/ Hronek.

And a 2nd! I noted the need to do a sign and trade sweetener above. They are at the very least more open to moving the pick than most are for a ‘needs now’ addition so not too far out of the realm as some of these posts are.

Sounds like BS to me, unless he's pretty dumb. This team is nowhere near winning now, so that would be foolish mistake.

Agree it’s dumb too and those comments were made before they won the 2OA lottery so it’s possible it changed. Same with the Wings, any roster player trade mocked that they pay assets/futures for I think are dumb as well.
