The E-Rod contract is a massive overpay and Arizona doesn’t want Bailey. Dobson won’t sign long term unless he’s at 8 million or higher imo, and Lou won’t want him to hit UFA status early.

Just a terrible team if we r being honest. Why r we getting rid of bailey when e-rod will be a way worse contract to have on the books?

Eberle over bailey did not matter as much as you think. Palmieri over Hall isn’t the issue either. The issue started with Hickey and Komarov getting those terrible contracts. Then Anders Lee got 7 and 49 with a full NTC for five years. And Eberle got 5 and 27.5 which was also an overpay given what Toffoli got next season lol. Lou is a hack.

Don’t overpay wingers. You can find them on the waiver wire or for cheap in free agency with little to no difficulty. Ask Garth ****ing Snow.
