I agree. Currently Montreal has the most depth at LD. With that said Otto is still a very good puck mover and quarterback’s the PP really well. It’s a good problem to have.

Leskinen will likely replace Brook in LAVAL.

Leskinen is a big improvement over Brook. Brook was a 3rd pairing defender in Laval and was even sent to the ECHL because he wasn't good enough. Leskinen is likely to be Laval's 1st pairing defender and one of the first call ups if an injury happens.

Otto is left. Brook right. Otto is a definite improvement on the pp over brook. Also is brooks knee fully recovered?

Yep, I assume Brook won't be qualified. Maybe he signs an AHL or ECHL contract with us, but will likely be given a league minimum contract with another team in hopes he can be a reclamation project.
