Kase had 27pts in 50 games playing 12 mins a night at a 1.25m cap hit… so yes i do think he has value, clown.
Not to mention Beauvillier had 34 pts in 75 games at 4.2m.
Why arent you keeping him then. Hes a real bad investment, great accomplishment to play 50 games this year after barely playing the last 4 years, but realistically as a RFA with arbitration rights who is One hit away from retirement, you think that he has value of a real pick other than a 6th or 7th rounder?
If hes so good, and you think hes cheap than TOR would be all over keeping him. But the fact is hes damaged goods that no one wants to pay real return on to watch him get concussed again.
And Hollowell, Duszak are two nice depth/AHL guys but you realize every team has some of those two. They offer nothing of value in trade, other than future considerations or a 7th rounder
Kerfoot has value, (even though hes a UFA) but adding Kase and a 4th a year away is not adding much value to the offer.
Its not about what you want to offer, its what the other team might take or want, and I dont know if you get either of those guys alone for that package.
240 posts and some kind of lopsided trades and you call me a clown?
