I honestly can't imagine so. The Blues are a team trying to compete. They don't have a lot of bad contracts, I don't see them moving one of those guys at all.

A good GM would already know, in preparation for the offseason so he could trade Connor Brown at the draft, for example.

Also, if all he could get for a 50% retained Connor Brown is a late first and a vastly injury prone unneeded player MINUS a 3rd round pick, then he should be fired (something that should have happened years ago)
