Frank Vatrano just had a pretty decent season (18-14-32 in 71 GP) followed up by a very good playoffs (5-8-13 in 20 GP), why is he taking a more than 50% pay cut here?

Also, I know he's good, but I think Igor needs a backup to give him a night off once in a while.

Especially wth bonuses....not wanting to be paid in 23/24, and the cap situation with the Rangers, I kinda think Copp is luxury that the Rangers can't afford
